I have emailed NOAA to relocate buoy # 44029 from Mass. Bay to the East End of the Cape Cod Canal. We don't need two buoys only 17 miles from each other giving redundant information. The buoy # 44013 16 miles East of Boston gives conditions for all of Massachusetts Bay. We do need accurate sea and wind conditions on the East End of the Canal and have needed it for years instead of calling other boats for conditions or hoping for the best. Don't think that Noaa won't respond, they gave us a buoy off Canaveral after enough people emailed saying we needed one. I asked them to relocate instead of asking for a new buoy as their budget is pretty tight as always. Also I've asked for a wave height meter to be installed on the Buzzards Bay Tower reporting station. Pleasae help me get a dta buoy positioned on the East End of the Cape Cod Canal by emailing NOAA at
