A mechanic in New Zealand has developed a hover craft with extendable wings that can fly at an operating height of 4.5 feet above the water level when it reaches its top speed of 60 mph. After crashing on its maiden voyage, the inventor tinkered with the device a bit and it now runs as advertised.
