| Bollinger Completes Tug and Barge Conversion to ATB |

Bollinger announced last week that it has completed the conversion of a 446-foot black oil barge and tug to an articulated tug and barge unit for Bouchard Coastwise Management Co. The barge was converted from a single-hull to a double-hull, a new ballast system was added and the stern of the barge was modified to accept the bow of the 127-ft tug Bouchard Girls. The tug was also retrofitted with ram assemblies and a Detroit Diesel 8V-71 generator. The ATB uses the Intercon Coupler System. New Orleans , LA., October 17, 2007 - Bollinger Gulf Repair, L.L.C. and Bollinger Algiers, L.L.C, two Bollinger Shipyards, Inc., shipyards, have completed the retrofit and conversion of a Bouchard Coastwise Management Co., barge and tug, respectfully, to an articulated tug and barge (ATB) unit utilizing the Intercon Coupler System.
