Australian officials have confirmed that an Indonesian naval training vessel that ran aground near Rainbow Beach suffered no major damage to the hull. The ship's keel and rudder are damaged, and all fuel, oil and personal belongings have been removed from the ship. The ship itself is expected to be moved at the end of the week. From ABC News - Australia The Australian Navy says a salvage assessment of the Indonesian naval sailing ship that ran aground in a storm on Rainbow Beach in southern Queensland last week shows no extensive damage. A salvage company contracted by the Indonesian Navy carried out a survey of the Arung Sumadera yesterday.
