| Navy Charters Two Tankers Under Construction |

The United States Navy has announced that it has chartered two tankers under construction from the US Shipping Partners, Ltd. The initial charter for the fuel tankers is 12 months, with an option to extend the charter for three additional one-year periods. The tankers, expected to be delivered in 2010 and 2011, will replace part of the Navy's T5 tanker fleet, some of which will reach the end of their useful lives in 2010.
